Spa is a must Go
Absolutely amazing. Spa is one of the best in Asia and Europe. The rooms and architecture is outstanding. The room smell like smoke but acceptable.

Very nice place to relax at the spa. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing. The only problem is to drive around the hotel during the weekend…a lot of roads are closed and very narrow.

Clean rooms and great atmosphere. Restaurant has the best foods, I don’t know who is chef there but he is doing an excellent job. Also breakfast is world class. Definitely would come back again!

It was very good to find a nice hotel with a good city view. Executive room was excellent. It needs Nespresso or similar coffee machine but size and view was awesome. Breakfast buffet was also good with enough variety. We will definitely come back again when we visit Eskisehir

Overall this is not a spa resort..We checked in on Saturday at 2pm went to the front desk to book spa treatments around 6:30pm and was told next available was Monday at 12pm. Totally unacceptable as I inquired if the hotel is full they said no which I observed as I think we were the only 4 rooms there. Maybe the hotel should advise that spa treatment should be booked no later than 7pm and than open up to the public bookings.

Lovely Spa Hotel
Booked as one night away to explore Eskişehir and enjoy the spa facilities. The hotel is at the top of a hill so not an easy walk for anyone not use to hills, but it’s very close to the historic old town and lots of museums. The hotel itself is lovely. Good food and the spa facilities are great. I treated myself to 90mins of private hammam, soap/scrub and Balinese massage. Breakfast was good. So difficult not to overeat all the tasty offerings. A one night break that left me relaxed and rejuvenated!

Excellent hotel , I took a suite room for 3 guests , very comfortable with a wide bathroom, the hotel was modern and impressive design, located over a hill with fantastic city view , breakfast was good with acceptable variety. Only minor drawback was to sell toothbrush’s which I find strange fo a five star hotel

- Unquestionably the best hotel in Eskisehir. - Attempting to be a green hotel. - Excellent climate. - The lobby and the hotel as a whole have a cool design. In the garden, there is a cool landscape design. The restaurant serves delicious food. - An exceptional view of Eskisehir Negatives: - Dirt is everywhere. I believe the dirty napkin that has been on the elevator's handrail for the past four days is still there. - There are cigarette ash and nut shells on the grass. - After the events that the hotel hosts, the entire property is covered in bottles and glasses, and no one cleans it for a very long time. - The room was filthy from the start, with a chocolate-colored stain on the carpet. But they cleaned poorly every day; the sticky stain in the bathroom remained for five days before we removed it ourselves on the sixth day. There is no correlation between quality and the amount of tips. - Uncertainty exists in the restaurant's food quality. Today's pasta may be cooked and salted to perfection, but tomorrow it will be overcooked and oversalted. (possibly distinct chef shifts) - As a result of the fact that 70 percent of restaurant waiters do not know basic English, service quality is diminished. - Parking in front of the hotel is haphazard; it detracts from the appearance of the entrance group and makes it difficult for parents with strollers to descend the ramps. - Some vehicles are permitted to park directly in front of the hotel's entrance. Nice 2 days holiday
it was a good experience at all. Location of the hotel was imazing. Personnel are friendly, breakfast was delicious and nutritious. The room is nice with good view snd well furnished, but som woods needs reconstruction like the door and cabinet.

When I entered my room and before sleeping on the bed, I found the mattress front edge tilted down. I looked from the bottom of the mattress and I found the mattress platform broken. I called the reception to have it fixed, and he didn’t fix it properly because the day after it went back again tilted. Then, when I went to the shower and I wanted to press on the shampoo dispenser it immediately fell down by a smooth touch. During the checkout I got very upset when they told me that they would deduct from my deposit for the broken items. After a very long discussion that consumed my trip time they understood that these items were damaged by either housekeeping or the previous guest. I really enjoyed my stay, however what happened at the checkout ruined it! The hotel management should have a proper documentation of maintinance regarding the the repair requests they get from guests better than blaming them for items were already broken by somebody else!
