The menu was the same as last time I stayed, they didn’t have a few parts that the menu had. But it wasn’t bad, I didn’t use the pool, it was only for one night and we got there late and tired, last time we did use it.

Hotel was full of locals with no manners,lines to have lunch that we ate outside hotel. When did get to dine the buffet was full of people and cutting in line. We stayed at the ibeostar in Cancun and the difference is night and day. This one in puerto plata is not well kept. The pool was dirty, paint around the hotel chipping away , food was okay. No complaints about the staff, they were all friendly and polite. I just wish the facility was up to the same ...
