We stayed in one of the family rooms, which was perfect for us (with two beds in a spacious upstairs loft). The hotel is perfectly located -- literally across the street from the Dailles gondola (and only about a block from the funicular to the summit). "The rooms were functional, but the bathroom and toilet and main door locks all needed renovation. Location was excellent just a short 3min walk to the gondola. Food was above normal for a buffet style approach. Pizza was always amazing. They really pulled out all the stops for New Years eve food, with oysters and fillet steak. All inclusive bar options were very good, with the expected exclusions... Most bar staff were brilliant with just one grumpy guy, who we think was the main bar...
