The only staff I saw were house keeping, security, and beverage servers. But they were nice. The dining options were pitiful. The choices were super expensive or greasy fast food in the food court. We ended up going to the Paris side, which was also horribly expensive. This is not unique to horseshoe. Vegas is now too expensive for us to visit.

The hotel needs some serious upgrades. The carpet is hideous. My shower wasn’t distributing hot water at first, so I had to take an ice cold shower. I didn’t really interact with the staff much. The restaurants in the hotel were pretty good. The pool was my FAVORITE part of the stay, it was such a vibe.
