"Fabulous location for town, marina and beach access. Staff were intermittently helpful but overall very pleasant. Breakfast was great, much better than some of the reviews. Great choice and quality good. Bus to beach club was great. Didn’t use the beach club as loungers were e12 each Room clean and so comfortable. Main issue was how tired the hotel looked with maintenance jobs started and unfinished throughout. Worn carpets. new windows not finished installation. Repairs being done around the pool but sawdust not cleared up all day after the guy had finished and areas left with broken warning tape and cones left in pool area. It could be amazing with better coordination of maintenance program."

"The property grounds are great, the pool area is really beautiful, and everything is well maintained. The rooms are big with also big balconies and clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is amazing, a special shoutout to the head of front desk, the Splash bar team and housekeeping. Food could have been better, there is not much variety in the buffets (lunch and dinner), very limited for a 4-star property. Breakfast was nice but not excellent, not what we are used to of Vila Gale group. The restaurant was small for the number of rooms / people, so it was very crowded with waiting lines for dinner and breakfast. The property was also understaffed; there were not enough people to clean up the tables fast enough so guests could sit down and the food was also not replaced fast enough in the buffets when finished so options were very limited. Also, 1 small pool bar (the Splash bar) for such a huge pool with so many people is not enough, there should be another alternative, waiting time was to long because of the people lining up .1 staff member was super-fast making the drinks and managing the bar but the others were to slow. Overall, a nice experience but too expensive for the food offered (we booked all inclusive)."
