The staff were very helpful … I was there only one night so didn’t have a chance to use the amenities but they appeared to be well maintained.

We had a nice holiday but have definitely stayed in better 4 star hotels. There should definitely be a shuttle service to the marina as taxis are extortionate if you don’t have a car. The way the grounds / restaurants / bars are designed
could be improved. More casual places to eat and drink during the day are needed. Disappointing we were told when booking we’d have access to la reserve and then being told on the day we didn’t. Also advised late checkout looked possible for the next day and then 12 hours later being told no!
