The staff, including Eric and Carla, are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The only inconvenience is that it’s located far from everything and everyone. "Ac was not working. Jacuzzi was not working. Faucets in the property do not work. Even the soap was watered down, showing it was cheaply maintained. This really takes from a vacation vibe. No housekeeping whatsoever. Dead bugs everywhere. Not sanitary. No housekeeping at all during stay"
