"Pool was being remodeled during busiest season (??) and gym was old tucked away on a different floor. Couldn’t find a running water fountain or an ice machine that worked in 3 days. Valet dudes were great but besides the view and access to beach not much else to recommend."

"Place was very accommodating for our family of 4 and could easily fit 6-8. Staff was friendly and willing to offer advice on places to see and restaurants to eat at. Shuttle was great but busy during peak times so just need to plan accordingly. VERY CLEAN AND UPDATED! In room laundry and kitchen were fantastic! Definitely would recommend and on our list to revisit."

"We love staying here. We are repeat renters! The home is immaculate and so very comfortable. Home backs up to a nature preserve so it is a very quiet area. The home offers everything u need to make home cooked meals. The garage has bikes, shelling baskets, beach wagon, beach chairs and so many pool toys. The amenities makes such a difference! (Usually we drive down with chairs etc… this time we flew.)Highly recommend this rental!"

"Great location of the complex. Loved staying next to Rose Marina, taking the Hemingway to Keewaydin. The pool and hot tub on the property was the nicest, cleanest pool I’ve ever swam in. Loved that there was an adult pool and a family friendly one. The room had everything we needed. We needed a plumbing repair and it was fixed that very same day. Great vacation! "

"Great location & clean property BUT...We were disappointed that we reached out days prior to our stay asking that the pool heater be turned up since we would be arriving with a 3 year old anxious to swim. I received no reply to my request and the water was freezing when we arrived since it had been in the 30's & 40's the week prior. It then took 2 days to warm up so we couldn't truly enjoy our first 3 days of swimming which was a huge reason for booking this house with a little one!I reached out to the host explaining that the screens to the pool area were ripped and opened to the outside because I didn't want her to think we damaged them. She did respond immediately and sent over 2 gentleman to fix them the very next day (which was not expected or asked). They also added water to the pool when they were there since the water level was quite low.I reached out to the host a few days into our stay asking where we could find a vacuum. She reached out to the cleaning lady who explained that it was broken and she had gotten rid of it. The host said she would order a new one and have it delivered. It never arrived for the remainder of our stay. As you can imagine, the floor was quite disgusting by the end of our 10 day stay with 7 people in and out of the house!Needless to say, it's things like this that make or break a stay!"
