"beautiful hotel in a lovely area, recommend"

"This is a stylish property, very convenient location. An easy walk to the centre or to the Gothic Quarter. The Breakfast was buffet style and a massive choice, we had one of the better rooms with a two person balcony overlooking Barcelona. My initial impression was that the huge bed was too firm but this was not at all noticeable after the first night. This hotel initially gave the impression of being Gay centric, it does cater for this community but also for heterosexual. I thought the staff were great, especially Juliette, others too. Summary: Easy to get to from airport on the bus, great accommodation, excellent location, friendly staff, very good location for bars, restaurants and shops too."

"The staff were so kind and helpful and the hotel was such a lovely place to stay. Everything was very modern, clean and decorated nicely and there was a real focus on eco-friendly products etc. in the room. Would defintely stay here again next time we're in Barcelona!"

"Visited as a three-day birthday getaway with my husband attached to a business trip. Hotel is centrally located with many good restaurants nearby. Bed was excellent and staff were incredibly helpful. They surprised me with a bottle of cava and cake in the room on my birthday (must have seen it on my passport) and also gave us two free drink cards for the bar. Very eco conscious, especially given the drought in Barcelona. Highly recommend!"
