Perfect location close to city centre and lovely food court. Arrived early and was able to check in early which was great. Room was clean, tea and coffee making facility which was great. Only downside during the stay was the breakfast staff - in particular the two men who took your breakfast orders, they were grumpy, abrupt and sometimes rude which was a shame because breakfast itself was great.

Very nice hotel, the rooms were a tad small and a little outdated, but it was such a wonderful location and the staff was great, so it that made up for it. Plus if you are there to sightsee and enjoy the surrounding areas, it is exactly what you need. We were able to check in early too which was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. Felt very safe too.

Nice hotel and good location but a bit dated with uncomfortable bed and no room service after midnight which is absurd for a hotel of this size and stature. Walls also paper thin so you can hear your neighbors talking or crying etc. staff doesn’t ask how your stay was on departure
