I could not sleep thru the night due to banging music, that played all night. This was after leaving Paris on day, of protest and moving thru, all we needed was a good night rest. Room was not cleaned and was special need room and was not disclosed to us, which was not a big deal but still it should have been discussed. "Good location. 10 minutes walk to the centre. Easy check-in. Shortly after moving into our room, the concierge offered us a more suitable room, (my partner has mobility issues). The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the whole place could do with a bit of tlc. There is paid parking across the road at the station."

Grand Hotel en Résidence De Draak
Grand Hotel en Résidence De Draak"It was our second time staying here. Our first visit was in the main building, this visit was in an adjoining building. We love the history of this place. The room we had was very roomy, the bed was comfortable and the building itself was beautiful. The staff were all very helpful. I love staying here!"
"First off, not the most convenient location. The hallway carpeting has an old musty/ mouldy smell. Despite being told that it was brand new. Asked to change room, but staff was not very helpful. Window in the room was cracked. Breakfast was the only good thing about the stay."
