Fabulous Apartment
This is a beautiful apartment where we enjoyed a lovely 5-night stay over Easter 2024. It is very comfortable and extremely well-equipped and was immaculately clean. We have stayed in many different apartments in El Presidente over the last 20 years, and this is without doubt one of the nicest and most comfortable. Tracy - the local property manager - was very accommodating too, allowing us to check in early, and leaving a much appreciated bottle of Cava and a bottle of water to welcome us on our arrival. Thank you so much Faith & Philip - we will definitely be coming back!

15 days in paradise
We originally booked 8 nights and within a day knew that we had to extend our vacation by an additional 7. We fell in love with this property and Estepona. As experience travellers, we have stayed in all sorts of accommodations in many different countries and this is the first time we felt as if we were at home. The apartment is located in a beautifully landscaped urbanization a short walk from the beach and between two lovely towns; Estepona and San Pedro de Alcantára, both about a 10 minute drive away. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, the showers great and the large sunlight kitchen is perfect for creating home cooked meals with the freshest local produce. The property manager is cheerful and very helpful and the apt owners Faith and Phillip provide detailed instructions and information about the apartment and the area. A perfect holiday location!

A beautiful apartment with absolutely everything you need for a worry free vacation. The owners and property manager were so wonderful with lots of local information and secret places they love to visit. So helpful. We loved our stay and hope to return again one day soon.

Great complex
Unbelievable landscaping, pools, varied buildings. Safe area. Great house keeper. Friendly tenants. Nice unit. Major issue is you must travel on A7 to get to nice area and restaurants like Estepona (5 miles) …very dangerous with entry cars starting from stop position……A7 serves all beach towns.

Perfection
This property was the absolute ideal! From coffee on the balcony, to the gorgeous walks through the grounds. The beach was beautiful, the pool was perfectly refreshing. As a home base for adventuring this property has everything you need. I can't wait to come back!

Superb!
This apartment is really lovely in every way. We were greeted by Tracy on arrival who was so welcoming. The apartment was absolutely spotless and we immediately relaxed as everything was so comfortable and clean. The balcony is lovely, sun from morning through to afternooon. It's a quiet complex but there was plenty to do. Our son (12) and daughter (10) enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. (Tennis rackets and balls are kindly provided by the hosts. Also noodles for the pool.) There are two small football pitches as well. A great holiday in a beautiful apartment. We hope to return.

Our stay in Estapona
The property was very well maintained. there was a team of staff constantly working on the gardens and pools, The apartment was very good It was well represented by the photographs on the website. We had a few issues with the kitchen. The oven was very difficult to control as a result of which, several meals were spoiled. There were a few omissions in kitchen equipment most of which would not matter if the stay were for a few days or a week. We stayed for two months so we had to go out and buy thins like a teapot and a knife sharpener. The apartment is on the second floor which was great for a view over one of the pools but it was a long slog up and down the stairs particularly with shopping or luggage. Overall it was a great stay and we would seriously consider a repeat stay

Relaxing holiday in a lovely apartment
My family and I had a very relaxing holiday in this lovely apartment. The apartment was very comfortable, quiet with a great view over the pool and gardens from the balcony which got the sun in the morning. My teenage children really enjoyed the tennis courts and both the heated and other swimming pools available. We found it an ideal location and base with trips to Gibraltar, Ronda, Puerto Banus, San Pedro and Marbella during our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment and would gladly book again when returning to the area.

Home from Home
Our stay in Faith’s home was delightful, there was everything to hand that one could want or need to make our stay memorable, the beds are super comfortable, TV excellent and the furnishings just beautiful, so many lovely little unique touches.. Amazing location and facilities
Large and well equipped apartment more like somewhere to live than a holiday place. Have stayed in el presidente before and it is perfect. Also heated swimming pool and temperature warm considering its january. lots of places to walk and eat.

Great vacation! Wonderful home and location!
This is an extremely nice vacation home in a great location. The property owner and property manager were fantastic, great communication, they helped us with everything. This home iss very well equipped with everything you could need. WiFi and cable first class. The home was very clean and they offered us the possibility of cleaning during our stay since we were there for three weeks. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon!

Great location beautiful spot !
Well equipped, excellent bed, beautifully decorated. Beach and beach restaurant just a nice walk down the road. Very comfortable. Central locale. We travelled to many towns Casares, Gaucin, Puerto Banus, Marbella. Estepona and San Pedro just a quick drive. We hope to come back soon.

A truly beautiful apartment
We’ve just spent a great week at Faith and Phillips wonderful apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful with all the mod cons, very clean and spacious, lovely balcony and terrace (sun all day long between the two) and it was great to have the toys, inflatables and tennis gear all there ready for us. The apartment was also stocked with basics such as washing up liquid, hand soap, bin bags, toilet paper etc which we really appreciated. The complex is really beautiful with fountains, trees and lots of pools to choose from. Our two children were spoiled for choice. Faith was an amazing host, answering all of my questions very quickly and providing lots of useful information about the apartment and surrounding area to make sure that we settled in well. She couldn’t have done more to welcome us to her apartment and put my mind at ease. Thank you. We had a fantastic holiday and we’d love to come back next year!

Fabulous apartment
Loved, loved our stay at this apartment in Estepona!! Everything was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed, furniture is new and comfortable, and wonderful amenities. Our favorite spot was drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning with all the birds chirping. The location is perfect! We could easily drive to Malaga, Ronda and Tariffa. Estepona is gorgeous and people are wonderful. Easy to catch a cab into the heart of Estepona for a fabulous dinner. The beach is super close and easy to get to. Also has a grocery store very close by to grab anything we needed. Would stay here again!! We hope to come back soon!

Loved this apartment! We can't wait to return.
This apartment has everything you need. The community is beautiful and it is located on the coast between Marbella and Estepona. The community has 5 beautiful pools available for you to choose. The gardens are wonderful and there is plenty of things to do in the nearby area. We can't wait to return for another relaxing holiday.

Beautiful penthouse apartment over looking one of the many pools. The complex is in delightful gardens which are mature and old school Spain. It was a little oasis but near enough to shops and main connections to Marbella, Estepona and further afield. It was well equipped and had all the things we needed. We will certainly return

Wonderful Beach Apartment!
Beautiful spacious apartment in lovely gardens. Nicely furnished with beautiful linens and very comfortable beds. Great location with plenty of diverse things to do. A short stroll to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. I Would definitely book a return trip. Thanks for making a wonderful holiday!

Bright, spacious apartment overlooking pool and set within quiet, well maintained grounds.
The El Presidente urbanisation itself feels like a small safe community opposed to a holiday complex. The grounds are beautifully maintained, pool areas are clean with shower and bathroom facilities and the apartments themselves all look cared for and well loved. This penthouse apartment has everything you need to have a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is well equip should you wish to cook and eat there, with an Aldi supermarket a short walk away. Open plan living/dining with a large table to eat at both inside and on the terrace. Bedrooms have plenty of space and storage and the beds are very comfortable. Both bedroom have french shuttered doors with fly screen options and small terrace spaces too, master bed has a ceiling fan which we were very grateful for given the unusually high June temperatures. Decent wifi, a smart tv and plenty of channels to suit the fussiest of teenagers too. There are a few cafes and restaurants within walking distance should you want to give the car a break and have a beer. We would recommend L'Oriental (Lebanese) or Mini India. L'Oriental is just around the corner, Mini India a little further, can be reached by walking over the bridge at the side of Aldi but worth the extra few minutes walk. The apartment is around 10 mins drive outside Estepona town and main beach. It is also close to Puerto Banus for those with designer taste. The only negative for us was the local beach. It was nice for a walk but is shingle at the waters edge, making access to the sea tricky on bare feet. There are much prettier beaches with better facilities with less/no shingles up and down the coast as well as the large main Estepona beach. (For young families try Cristo beach, a small cove on the other side of Estepona Marina.) Our family had a relaxing holiday and would definitely reccommend this apartment for a comfortable home from home stay. The Torrances (June 2017)

A well spent week at the beachside penthouse
We were very pleased with the well maintained apartment that provided comfort and relaxation for a family of four for a week. The apartment was clean, fully furnished and equipped , especially dishwasher and washer were appreciated. A longer stay would have been nice ... The location is superb, just a few hundred meters from the Sea. The surroundings are well maintained, and during our stay in late February, it was rather quiet. Tango Holiday Solutions, the local management company of the apartment, is located very close and next to a mid-size grocery store. We were very pleased with their friendly services and flexibility. High spec and spacious apartment in beautiful grounds close to beach and to local restaurants
We were there in the last week of May. The weather was fabulous and there were no crowds. You need a car to see best of the surrounding area but you could just chill by one of the 5 pools, go to the beach by day and wine and dine in the evening for a few days. Wide range of restaurants to choose from either side of the main road. The fully equipped kitchen also allows you to explore the markets (mostly supermarkets) and cook up adventurous meals. Morning sun on the back balcony for breakfast and evening sun on the front patio for sundowners. Lovely!

Appartement magnifique au 2e et dernier étage, avec terrasse et vue sur une des piscines du complexe. Logement extrêmement bien équipé ( raquettes de tennis, serviettes de plage, broyeur à café, jeux de société...). Très calme à ce moment de l'année. Accueil parfait. Le complexe d'habitations El Presidente est très joliment entretenu, c'est un vrai plaisir de s'y promener. Estepona est une ville très agréable à proximité.

Wohlfühlen in Andalusien
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und äußerst gepflegten Anlage mit üppiger, tropischer Bepflanzung. Der beheizte Pool ist super. Nette Beachbar und Supermärkte um die Ecke. Das Apartment ist sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet eingerichtet. Durch zwei Terrassen immer hell und sonnig. Die Betten sehr bequem.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in sehr gepflegter Anlage
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Der Balkon mit Blick auf einen der 5 Pools ist wunderschön. Einer der Pools ist im Winter beheizt, 30 Grad. Wurde von uns im Februar fast täglich genutzt. Die Betten sind top. Auch die Lounge auf der vorderen Terrasse haben wir gerne genutzt. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es Fliegengitter was sicherlich im Sommer sehr angenehm ist. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort. Und vielen Dank an Faith und Tracy, die wir jederzeit ansprechen konnten.

Fantastic stay
Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Faith et Phillip. L’appartement situé au 2ème étage par escalier est très fonctionnel et super bien équipé. On s’y sent bien, comme à la maison ! La literie est confortable, la cuisine très agréable à vivre et bien assortie. La résidence est calme, en tout cas en cette période Covid, et les règles de sécurité et d’hygiene bien respectées. Mon seul commentaire de réserve concerne la plage qui était peu kid friendly avec beaucoup de vent et un accès à la baignade difficile avec les galets. Pour les jeunes enfants je recommande plutôt d’autres plages à 10/15 minutes de voiture. Mais ça n’a pas été un problème pour nous car on a bien profité des piscines de l’urbanisation. Faith a été très réactive dans notre communication, merci Faith pour votre accueil, we definitely look forward to come back for a future stay ! Kate & family

Sehr gepflegtes Objekt und guter Lage
Das Objekt befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage mit diversen Pools und verfügt über Wohnzimmer, Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Die Anlage wird durch ein Sicherungsunternehmen und mit Lifeguards an den Pools bewacht. Der Weg zu den Stränden ist kurz, ein Lebensmittelmarkt ist unweit des Objektes vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit Vermieter und Agentur verlief sehr gut. Das Objekt können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Anfahrt vom Airport Málaga dauert knapp eine Stunde.

Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet Wir waren das 2. Mal dort mit 2 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen, besonders der Sonnenbalkon mit Blick auf den Pool Die Wohnung liegt in der Anlage El Presidente Eine Top gepflegte ruhige Anlage umgeben von Wasserspielen Palmen und Blumen Sehr zu empfehlen

Tolle Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen
Die Wohnung und die Anlage sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Aussenanlagen werden fast täglich gepflegt, es ist ruhig und gemütlich. Es war in der Wohnung ALLES vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Betten waren 1A. Die Betreuung war sehr gut. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir können die Wohnung nur jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten Urlaub geniessen will!

Piscine chauffée très agréable en Avril
Appartement très spacieux, propre et bien équipé. La plage, Un petit supermarché et 4 restaurants à proximité immédiate. Voiture obligatoire pour visiter la région. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine chauffée à 29 degrés en ce mois d'avril ensoleillé. Ouverte de 10h à 20h à cette saison, nous l'avions souvent pour nous seuls. Très bon séjour

Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit Top Ausstattung in guter Lage
Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind für knapp 2 Wochen in der Wohnung. Dieser ist äußerst geräumig und mit allem Ausgestattet was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Alle Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Wir haben uns zu jederzeit sehr wohl dort gefühlt und würden auch wieder kommen. Die Eigentümer waren zu jederzeit per Mail erreichbar, der Verwalter per Telefon oder vor Ort in einem kleinen Office.
