"Offered to be upgraded to much bigger room, which was very welcome. Staff were very polite and welcoming throughout my stay. Bedroom was cleaned twice a day - loved my daily chocolates on the bed each evening! Very classy hotel."

"Unheard of for us, but we decided to come back to this hotel after a week holiday last year. Everything about this hotel is superb. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaning staff. My only gripe is that we asked for a room upgrade (as an Expedia platinum member) but were told that all the higher grade rooms were full. This wasn’t the case as we could clearly see that the suite we had last year was unoccupied for the duration of our stay. "

"This was our second time staying here and again we had a fantastic time. Staff were all friendly and helpful whether it was reception, restaurant or activity planners. The resort is clean and well maintained, the apartment was spacious and clean. We are a family of 7 so it can be difficult finding places to accommodate us comfortably! We had breakfast each morning and it was excellent, lots of choice so something for everyone. We would definitely return. "
