Enjoy easy access to RSW International Airport, Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU), Hertz Arena, Coconut Point, Gulf Coast Town Center, and some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches. The home features a spacious kitchen, inviting living area, and outdoor deck with a relaxing Jacuzzi hot tub. Pets are welcome to enjoy the front and backyard, making it a great fit for families, couples, and groups.
