ROCKY MOUNTAIN CONDO! Welcome to Emerald Mountain at Mary's Lake- one of Estes Park’s cozy Rocky Mountain condos! This well-decorated one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is great for couples or a small family looking to spend some downtime in the mountains. Minutes away from downtown Estes and right around the corner from Rocky Mountain National Park, the Emerald Mountain condo provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of beautiful Estes Park. The local wildlife will definitely make their presence known on occasion as well, offering fantastic photo opportunities to share with your friends and family back home. So, whether you are looking for adventure in the fresh mountain air or just simply want to relax in the heated pool (Available seasonally *subject to change per HOA*), this quaint little getaway will whisper to your soul.



The one-bedroom unit provides a master suite with a queen-sized bed, fireplace, and big screen TV with a full-size bathroom. It’s as cozy as you can imagine! You will have free cable, internet service, and streaming with any of the smart TVs in the home. Emerald Mountain has a pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room and can accommodate up to four people. The kitchen comes with a stove, microwave, mini fridge, and dishwasher.



Emerald Mountain is a great place to stay and an even better location to create memories! Mary’s Lake is just steps away and calling your name for a picnic, a day of fishing, or a relaxing slumber in the afternoon sun. Not to mention, you will have access to the common area swimming pool available from Memorial Day to Labor Day *subject to change per HOA*. After a busy day of hiking or shopping, you can just come home and relax outside on the patio while you enjoy your beverage of choice. You will not be disappointed with the amazing views from the private deck! What are you waiting for? The mountains are calling!

Estes Park trip

The property was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and quiet. It was nice to be away from the busyness of Estes Park while just being a few minutes from every thing. Very close to RMP entrance.

My second time but wife’s first

Property is easy to find and near park entrance and Estes Park. All places have great views. Clean and well kept. Also twin owls steak house less than a mile away.

Lovely Condo!

The property was very well maintained and beautifully decorated. Had all the comforts of home and then some! Beautiful view of the mountains. The only downside for us, being elderly, was all the steps from the parking lot to the condo. Other than that, our stay was absolutely perfect!

Lovely stay in Estes

Everything about this room was great. The view, the loation. Close enough to town for all the activities, but far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. Updated nicely with nice decor. My only complaint was the bathroom sinks drained slow. The left side stopped draining all the way on day 2. Called and maintainence and they responded very promptly. It didn't help much. I don't think there's a vent in the plumbing to let the drain breathe so it still drained slowly. Just have to run the water at a slower speed. This was not a deal breaker, just annoying. I still give this 5 stars and would definitely go back. Great place !!!!!!!

Nice place to stay with great views of the RMNP

We spent a week here at this cute little condo while we hiked at RMNP and Estes Park. River walk was nice with lots of shops and places to eat. This condo is right size for a couple and small children. The stools at the high top table were not sturdy. Only sat on them once as we were afraid they might break if you moved them while sitting on them. Could use more outdoor lighting near the pathway and on Condo. Very hard to see where you were going at night with little signs directing you. It was hard to see when unpacking for our stay. Sidewalks and stairs no lights. Parking was a problem after dark. Says there is enough spaces for 2 spaces per unit. Few days we had to create our own spots as I was not going to walk any distance to where our place was at. Had to buy our own can opener as the one in the unit was broken and there is no trays to use in the toaster oven if you want to bake something. Had to be creative on what to use so we didn't make a mess.

Nice trip to Estes

We enjoyed our stay! The only comment is the shower doesn’t drain well, not otherwise it was a great place to enjoy Estes and have a tranquil retreat for two!

Vacation Rocky mountains

Nice place to stay for a week. Beautiful views of the surrounding area. Convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park, all the comforts of being at home.
