"The house is near a bus stop, which makes it very convenient and is within walking distance from Millie's, a popular restaurant. The house has many wonderful touches, especially all the shells and glass bottles but there are quite a few small things the owner can do to improve the experience of the renters. Perhaps hiring a new cleaning company would be a start."

"This is the cutest cottage in the perfect location. We got to meet JP as he happened to be up and he was super nice! Its a small cottage with only 2 bedrooms, so the 3rd bed is a pull out sofa but the living space is very roomy! Decorated very cute and updated in all the important places! We loved our stay!"

"A charming pet friendly stay in a great area. Walk to a quiet beach and a Restaurant/Bar/Market/Take out place (Millie's - Great!). Plenty large for two of three small families. A very nice yard for games. Free public transportation steps away. The property is fairly secluded. For the price I would have appreciated Air Conditioning. 3 of 5 bedrooms have a very small loud window unit. The rest of the house has none."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Nantucket home. The house was clean and relaxing for our family vacation. Madaket was the perfect location. It was quiet, easy to get to town and has the best sunsets. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire experience seamless. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time we're on ACK. Highly recommend!"
