"HF Fénix Music is a great hotel. It is a quick 30 minute walk downhill via the Avenue de liberdade to all the tourist locations. It is in a convenient location for uber/bolt access and very close to a metro station if you prefer. Front staff is great. Diogo sorted out a problem with our prebooked tuk tuk which had been cancelled and arranged for another within an hour. There is a great rooftop bar and pool with a scenic view of Lisbon. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a King bed which is difficult to find in Europe. They have a breakfast for a fee. We did not use but prefered the close by McDonald’s and an Espressolab around the corner which we discovered on our second to last day."

"Loved staying at Hotel Santa Justa in Lisbon. This was an ideal base for our Portugal vacation. The room, services and amenities of the hotel were splendid and the onsite restaurant Elvador is superb! The hotel is located in the heart of downtown and just steps from the metro and common meeting places for day tours. The complementary refilling of the mini-fridge was a nice touch. Thank you Santa Justa for making our vacation so memorable!!"

"The rooms were immaculate and facilities great. They were cleaned twice daily with bottles of water replenished regularly and extra on request. Lovely touches such as chocolates in the evening and a plate of pastries and bottle of wine on arrival made it more special. The breakfast buffet was excellent, something for everyone. It was fresh and excellent quality. The staff at the hotel were, without exception, excellent. Professional and friendly and went out of their way to offer help, for example taking us along the road to show us the way to the Metro. "
