It is right on the beach front, moments away from the pier, and about 5-10 minutes walk from the train station (I use a walking stick, so am slower) - you have to walk through town to get to the station. ...

We found a tasty curry house in nearby Wadhurst! Etchingham was pretty - but the lanes are pretty small if you're arriving in the rain and fog and dark as we were!
