Functional and fully equipped, it has two private courtyards: one facing East, ideal for sunny breakfasts, and the other facing West to enjoy summer evenings. Perfect for discovering the Ria d’Étel and the surrounding coastline

- Direct access into the living room with dining area (table + chairs) and lounge area (sofa, TV) opening onto the first south-west facing courtyard (garden furniture, parasol)
- Semi-open and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster) opening onto the second east-facing courtyard with bench convertible into outdoor table
- Shower room with WC
