We enjoyed a lot. Location was the only thing. Nearby area does not make you comfortable to walk in dark and we saw strange people when walk back to hotel at night. But overall we enjoyed staying there and would still recommend this hotel."Reviewed November 3, 2026Return • Madrid (MAD) - Brussels (BRU)MAD - CRL • Direct CRL - MAD • Direct€829€657found 1 day agoper traveller

"The hotel was overpriced for the quality provided. The room, facilities, and service were very basic and did not justify the price. Poor value for money."
"Good location but a just average experience"
"The room was clean but in need of an upgrade. Net curtains shabby, torn and heavy curtains were hanging off curtain rail in places. Staircase carpet dirty. Reception and waiting staff were helpful and professional. Dinner was lovely but breakfast disappointing. Breakfast is served until 9.30am. Came down at 9am and hardly any hot food left, not replenish!"
