"The worst Sonesta in the US And I’ve stated at several, You have to clean your own room! Take out your own trash! Go to the front desk with your dirty towels to get clean towels, ask for TP. There is no housekeeping, no vacuuming, mopping until you reach your 15th night! They don’t tell you this at check in or online. If you enjoy living in filth and working for free at the hotel, then this is your hotel. We booked a suite, the photos of the suite did not match the room. I asked A she gave me a blank stare and said that’s all they had. I tried an hour later speaking with J, he actually apologized but was unable to give us the suite we reserved. There is no pool. It’s in an industrial park next to a housing tract. Their “dog run” is a patch of dirt with 3 trees and a bench. There is dog poop outside everywhere all over the property grounds. The only plus is the free laundromat. The staff is not personable, not helpful. The only hospitable staff member was J. Do not recommend this hotel at all. "

"My partner booked this trip as a way to celebrate our engagement together somewhere quiet and nice. The staff were all so sweet and helpful. We were even gifted a lovely basket with treats to enjoy during our stay. Rooms are roomy and comfortable. The pool had a nice view at sunset and a free hot breakfast is also an extra perk."

"Toilet seat loose. Shower faucet needs adjustment. Other than the above, staff were friendly. Breakfast- good. Room was ok clean. Could be cleaner as I found dirty corners. Overall stay: good and will stay here again. "

"The property is very old and dingy. The rooms and the corridors are badly in need of renovation. When we were there the elevator was not working and someone was stuck in it. Not sure if it is a one time thing or recurring incident. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it. "

"Awful. Filed a claim to get a refund. Had to leave upon checking in due to health & safety concerns. Carbon monoxide alarm had been ripped out of the ceiling leaving exposed wires, filthy room, dog urine and a guest smoking marijuana in elevator, mold spores in shower on the ceiling. "

"These rooms were so clean. I’ve never had a better breakfast at a hotel. The poppy seed scones and different waffle batter each morning for breakfast was so nice. Also loved eating takeout poolside one night. Hotel is conveniently located and in a quiet area. "
