"Everything was amazing and the complimentary bottle was a pleasant surprise. No one answered in the morning when I wanted to ask about a late checkout. I called 3 times and no answer. But they were able to accommodate me when I went down to the lobby for the late check out"

"Our receptionist was very dry and unwelcoming, not friendly at all. Did not smile once. We waiting in line to check in for about 8 minutes as there was only one clerk. A 2nd line started forming as it was confusing to see where the line started.Then a 2nd clerk came in (the one I am referring to). She didn’t ask who was next and just took the other guest even though we were already waiting. It was fine it happens, but again, when she finally helped us she was very dry, not mean or rude, just not welcoming. My son even tried to break the ice because he asked if the decorations on the wall were lilies and she turned around and said “um, yeah”. No friendly conversation, no smile, just very dry. Maybe she was having a bad day, we all do. But it left a negative taste in our mouth. Luckily our stay was overall positive and fun. Pool was great. "

"It was a very nice, clean room. It was very close to many restaurants. The main reason we stayed is the close proximity to Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach and it was a great price. The breakfast in the morning offered scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, coffee, cereal, juices, fruit and different types of breads. "
