We had a great time. I was unaware that they allow animals and our neighbor next to us had a dog that would not stop barking for the 3 days we were there. Other than that the staff was great.

Very responsive staff. I didn't book a handicapped room in advance but my wife was having a tough time walking so I asked for a handicapped room at the front desk. I was surprised when I was immediately placed in a handicapped room. Beautiful room and spotless. The breakfast was the biggest surprise. For hotel breakfast I was amazed how well it was displayed and the food was restaurant quality. A+ for this Hotel. Thank You Max

Staff was great, room was a little outdated and the couch was stained. It appeared that some people might have been living in one of the sections of the hotel. Did eat breakfast and the staff was very nice.

Planned my week-long stay here but cancelled because the area felt unsafe, mostly due to sketchy guests/individuals around the premises and strong smell of weed. I travel solo so safety is my top priority. However, I want to emphasize how wonderful the staff was. They were exceptionally kind, understanding, and quick to help me process my refund. Excellent customer service!
