"This was a girls trip with a coworker and we picked it because it was across the street from the beach within walking distance of everything we felt we needed and had the availability of two beds last minute. The room overall was clean. Beds were very comfy. The bathroom is huge. They could use some more outlets but outside of that the only other issue we had was the fan in the shower. Had dust or insulation buildup that needed to be cleaned and the air-conditioning unit soon as I walked in, could see that the vent was full of dust. I needed cleaned that resulted in the fact that when it runs it blows on the walls and blinds in the room and above the bed I addressed it, but by the day two I decided to take it into my own hands and I cleaned it. No big deal but when I checked out and was asked how everything went, and I explained to a gentleman I had not seen during our stay, you’re only there four days he apologized and immediately said he would make it right and he did and for that great customer service and keeping his word I’m giving them excellent feedback and would I stay here again yes now if you have kids and you anticipate going to the beach, I’m going to tell you ahead of time in my opinion you need to walk down to the public beach because it is a lotta stairs and it’s a drop off especially when the tide changes for the locations across the street. Pool and hot tub good as well as towels that are put out daily. We rented chairs/umbrellas at shop on beach $15 thanks"

"I dont want to leave a review for fear of this place being discovered, but our stay was too good not to! The staff was incredibly kind, the hotel was so charming. We were concerned about our garden room being constricting, but it wasn't too small for 2 people. Wherever you are at this hotel you can see the ocean."

"We recently flew to Laguna Beach from Boise, Idaho to attend the Pageant of the Masters. We were only coming in for a few days, and wanted a smaller place, where we could walk into town and not hassle with a car. I lived in the OC for over 30 years and knew about all the big hotels but wanted something smaller. I stumbled across this lovely little gem while researching places to stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Unlike a big hotel, the towels were lovely and plush; there wasn't any crazy A/C noise that you get in big hotels and you could also feel fresh air from the screens on the windows. They were very welcoming when we arrived and even left a lovely "thank you" note in our room. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend staying here."

"Wonderful hotel for the price.Laguna is very pricey and this hotel was a good value. Beach was close by down the stairs. Felix very helpful at the front desk. I would definitely go back. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room was small but clean. Rooftop restaurant was fantastic with beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. All in all wonderful stay."

"Came for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. We were greeting by friendly valet and front desk people. They even offered welcome champagne. We got there early so we had to wait for a room, but it was worth it since we got upgraded to a different room. The views here are worth it. You have access to a pool but we went down to the beach instead. We enjoyed drinks in their lobby area that even had someone playing live music. We dined inside our room for dinner since our view was perfect. Everywhere we went the staff greeted us with smiles and were so nice. Honestly, this was the best hotel stay I've ever had. We're definitely coming back."

Casa Loma Beach Hotel (formerly The Inn at Laguna Beach)

"Everything was excellent, my phone wouldn’t scroll over to the 5th star but ai give 5 stars on all categories. Definitely would return. Only 1 small complaint, parking is way too high… really .. $75/night. And I did ask for something special to be put in my daughter’s room for her 21st, but nothing. Step up guys."
