"We loved the location. We love San Clemente and all it has to offer. The support person on the phone was very helpful. It’s a great unit. We were very comfortable there. We would return in the future. There are a few things that need to be looked at a little closer. The toilet kept clogging up. Especially when there were more people in the building upstairs. "The room was simple, comfortable, and very functional, with the added convenience of a small refrigerator and microwave. All the staff was incredibly pleasant. The pool and surrounding area were very clean, well maintained, and inviting. The location was also fantastic—just steps away from shops and restaurants, and only about a 10-minute walk to the beach. Overall, the location was ideal, and we had a lovely experience. I would definitely recommend this property!"

However, the margarita kit was supposed to be in the room before we got there, and despite our late arrival, it showed up late which interrupted"

"Came for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. We were greeting by friendly valet and front desk people. They even offered welcome champagne. We got there early so we had to wait for a room, but it was worth it since we got upgraded to a different room. The views here are worth it. You have access to a pool but we went down to the beach instead. We enjoyed drinks in their lobby area that even had someone playing live music. We dined inside our room for dinner since our view was perfect. Everywhere we went the staff greeted us with smiles and were so nice. Honestly, this was the best hotel stay I've ever had. We're definitely coming back."

"Everything was excellent, my phone wouldn’t scroll over to the 5th star but ai give 5 stars on all categories. Definitely would return. Only 1 small complaint, parking is way too high… really .. $75/night. And I did ask for something special to be put in my daughter’s room for her 21st, but nothing. Step up guys."
