"This is our third stay at an Ayres property, this location wasn’t as modern, clean, or welcoming the one in Lake Forest. We stayed in the ‘suites’ building, which may be more dated than the main building. Everything felt old and ready for a refresh-including the carpet, heavy velvet drapes and slippery jacuzzi tub/shower. Road, upper floor and airport noise was notable in our room. Bed was okay, king suite was huge, but really a waste of space. Staff was fine-not super welcoming, perhaps because I booked with Expedia? I would try a different hotel if I find myself back in the area again."
