10/10 Excellent

"Stayed in the North building, which has fabulous rooms. The rooms were clean, but the hotel unfortunately offers only weekly cleaning. Staff is super friendly. The location is unbeatable. The kitchenettes in the rooms are small but well-equipped. Unfortunately, the mini fridge wasn't working too well. The south building requires maintenance due to visible repairs. All in all, we always love our state because of its location, and once they reinvest in the property, there will be no complaints."

"A beautiful and clean hotel with great amenities. We had our own private gate to the pool and hot tub (pool level room) that was so convenient. The location to the beach and tide pools could not get any closer! Our kids loved the 6:00pm freshly baked chocolate chip cookies!"

"Beach is so so close , park is very close, adorable coffee shop one block up and a great Mexican restaurant one block from that overlooking the beach. We got amazing recommendations from the front desk staff for amazing seafood restaurant called Driftwood Kitchen… dinner was excellent. Front desk staff were so sweet and friendly and helpful. Freshly baked cookies in the afternoon and even a little wine hour. Loved our stay. Property is clean and updated .. rooms are spacious and clean. Bed was so comfy… all around a very comfortable stay. They even provide umbrellas and chairs if needed for the beach"

"Costa Mesa Inn was the most beautiful little hotel. I’ve been in a long time.. well maintenance, very clean, and staff front desk lady was kind .. the only thing pool not up & running they are still fixing it! Other than that, everything you want the rooms are updated. They even have a little kitchenette, lighting outlets everything perfect."
