Two large private decks with BBQ and gas fire pit, outdoor speakers, lots of parking and room to relax. Gas fireplace upstairs, high capacity instant and infinite tankless hot water, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Cable, Xbox One, private movie server (Plex), lots of board games, basketball hoop, tetherball. House is naturally very cool in summer, plus central AC.

Huge master bedroom, California King Sleep-Number bed, with a wet bar, and en suite bathroom with double headed shower, TV, comfy pull out couch with twin mattress and your own private deck. Second bedroom with a queen size bed, walk-in closet. Third bedroom connected to jack and jill full bathroom (tub & shower) and bunkbed with two single beds, and a single trundle. Full laundry room with high capacity washer and dryer. Loft area, with additional queen bed. Comfortably sleeps up to 8.
