  • Located on a rare 95-acre farm just an 18-minute drive from downtown (the Hult Center), this place is a destination. You'll feel miles away from the city surrounded by acres of pasture, gardens and orchards. Yet, you'll feel pampered in this fun, sustainable and welcoming environment. Able to easily accommodate 4 adults, the apartment reflects the farm's appreciation of nature and its beauty. We use organic, permaculture and regenerative methods to grow the foods and raise the animals on the land we are honored to serve.

Wonderful private apartment on a working farm! We were in town for our daughter's graduation from University of Oregon and had a lovely stay. Proximity to the university (~15 minutes) is good--the surprise was that there's this beautiful farm so close to campus! Accommodations were clean and very comfortable. The pull-out sofa is absolutely the most comfortable pull-out sofa I've ever experienced. And, oh, the host's gracious hospitality! From communications to check-in and especially during our stay, the host was amazing and made us feel so welcome. Amenities provided in the apartment far surpassed my expectations and our host even provided some nice personal touches. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Eugene. Potential guests should know that the apartment is on a working farm, so there are animals on the property, including a rooster somewhere that will let you know when it's morning. I found that to be charming--and better than being woken by noisy people walking down a hotel hallway outside your door.

The guest apartment is beautifully built out and furnished. Great for a couple or family of 3 or 4, maybe not the most privacy for 2 couples (the bedroom has really cool barn door sliders but not sound proof.) It's in a really cool farm setting and not that far from downtown. Note that there's no TV but we enjoyed watching sports (and having a really good greasy breakfast) at Gryff's pub which is only 7 minutes away. The host was welcoming and provided some farm fresh goodies which was also a treat. We would stay here again!

We had a very nice stay, very clean, easy to travel back and forth to Hayward Stadium. Quiet and peaceful stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
