Adorable 2 bedroom apt. Recently upgraded and decorated super cute. Extremely comfortable, even when the weather is wet and cold. Comfy beds and awesome shower. Great location- loved our stay and will definitely look to stay here again.
The communication was superb with the property manager responding to my inquiries! This location had everything we needed and the drive into downtown Eugene was just minutes away. We had a great stay. Plus it was quiet which was nice.
We were in Eugene for my son's Nike track competition and were very pleased to rent 2950 Willamette for our stay. It had everything we needed and was walking distance from a supermarket, 711, and other shops. It was very clean and the A/C was adequate to keep us cool at night. I would stay there again.
The property was very clean inside. The outside of the complex did not seem as nice as the inside. The host decorated the apartment with bright pretty colors stocked with all the important amenities. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location for events at Hayward Field. Close to cute, unique restaurants and small business. Would definitely stay here again.
Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the games left on the table for us. Great location with easy access to plenty of places to eat nearby. The light was a little much at night in the bedrooms but I knew about it so brought an eye mask. Kitchen supplies were great. Appreciated the responsive communication with the owner.
👩⚕️ bing up we weren’t sure about the place. The outside of the building doesn’t look like an apartment complex. The apt was extremely clean. Tile in shower spotless, comfortable beds. No complaints
The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Was a little strange to have to do all the dishes clean up take out the trash. I felt like that was a little much considering the cleaning fees. Would have appreciated basic lotion, soap, etc. for the price. However, Katherine was very attentive and the cleanliness made up for everything.
This apartment is spotlessly clean. Beds are really comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed. Loved the mid-century decor! Minor downsides: 1. no place but the floor to put luggage...maybe add 2 if those collapsable luggage racks? 2. No place to store cosmetics etc in bathroom for more.than 1 person....maybe add a rolling shelf unit that can fit under the sink? But we loved it and will stay again when in the area!
I was there for the Duck-Trojan football game and to visit my daughter who lives off campus. The apartment was a perfect place to stay over the long weekend. Thank you!
Clean and convenient... just what I needed for UO move-in
This VRBO checked all the boxes for giving me a clean and convenient place to stay while helping my daughter move in for the Fall term. I'd definitely consider renting it again for future visits.
The property listing is very accurate. The place is clean, adorable mid-century and comfortable. Make sure you check the directions for parking or it is easy to miss it. There is a lot of restaurants close and a supermarket. A lot of room to spread out with two teens.
Nice safe place, but bring a sleep mask if you like it dark. The lights from the building next door make it seem like the sun is coming up through the mini blinds all night long.
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and uncluttered. Beds were very comfortable. The living area has great light and seating is comfortable. Location is good, walking distance to a park with running, biking trails, and coffee, groceries are 1 block away.
The only reason I gave it a 4 and not 5 is the outdoor seating is lacking with a view of the fence. Yet we appreciated that it was south facing with lots of sun.
The interior is just as advertised. Very clean and well decorated. The location is not great. We walked to a few places and the neighborhood is not the nicest part of Eugene. The property manager was fine, a little abrupt, but quick to help me when the lock code did not work. However, very strict instructions on cleanliness, they ask you to be sure to not only wash but polish anything that you use or you will be fined. Then I got a notification a week later that there was a stain on the sheets they could not remove and they charged me 75. overall I would say it’s not worth the money. It was quite expensive. Also, I saw comments that there was a lot of light coming in through the windows, the owner said they would fix that. However, it was still the case when we got there. And keep in mind there’s only air conditioning in the living room. If you close the bedroom doors, it will not reach your room.

This spacious unit is adorably furnished and has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable trip to Eugene. It's super close to downtown without all of the noise and traffic. I loved it!!
We went to Eugene to visit my niece who attends the University of Oregon. This location was perfect! Right down the street from her apartment. This apartment is very "Jetsons" themed and we loved it! It's clean and well equipped. The location is quite and within walking distance of a great Jewish style bakery called "Barry's Espresso Bakery & Deli."
My husband and were very pleased with the accommodations. The apartment was immaculate The host left wonderful detailed instructions from how to use the portable a/c to where the good restaurants are. This host has thought of everything you could possibly need. From the well supplied kitchen to the paper clips in the desk drawer All you need to bring are your clothes and food. Everything else is there. I just can’t say enough about this place. We will be back and will refer to friends.
This apartment was very clean and organized upon arrival. Everything was labeled and the handbook gave all of the important details for our stay. One thing to note, we were told the laundry was $1.50 for the coin operated machines, but it ended up being $2.25/load so make sure you have enough quarters. Other than that the location was great and close proximity to lots of good restaurants/shopping (with a car).
Great decor, very clean, close to everything. Great place and perfect for 2 couples!!

Would not stay there again!
I have stayed in many vacation rentals. I usually don't write negative comments. But in this case there are some key things for you to know about this place.
Here are the positives:
1. Location is pretty good near main intersection in town with food and supplies easily within walking distance.
2. The place is clean and mostly stocked with kitchen stuff.
The negatives of this place:
1. No AC unit. Do not rent this place in the summer months! She claims it stays cool because it's a concrete building which is just not true. It was not even that hot and the heat was intense inside. Only two fans for the whole house to keep you cool and was simply not enough.
2. No dishwasher, no cable tv, only coin operated laundry.
3. The area around the unit is really ugly and falling apart. This is low income housing turned into a vacation rental. It made me realize that this is an example why people can't find affordable housing in Eugene. Too many places like this turned into a vacation rental that really should better be left as affordable housing.
4. She asks that you do not do dishes while you stay and just pay her $25 an hour for her to do them. We stayed nine days which is distugusting to not do dishes. We barely used any dishes and then she charged us $50 because she claimed we did not wash them good enough. Then claimed it took her two hours to re wash a few silverware and bowls. We barely ate there at all. At most it would have taken a few minutes and instead of charging us either nothing or the $25 an hour rate, she charged a flat $50 fee because she needed to inspect the kitchen. Which of course she has to do after any guest anyways. I found interacting with her to be frustrating and left feeling like she lied about the extent of things and the time it took. It felt like a money grab at the end of the day. So dealing with her was not pleasant at all. Even when I met her in person she did not have the normal warmth that many have who own vacation rentals.
5. Construction next door and loud neighbors as your surrounded by many other apartment buildings. Your only view are the other apartments.
6. This is simply a place to crash without any charm that Eugene has to offer.
Personally I would avoid this one.
