I had great communication with the host up until check in. The house was spotlessly clean, and nice and cozy warm and inviting. The veds are very comfortable, and the fireplace downstairs is a nice touch, especially in the morning to sit by and drink your coffee, which they provided. It was a great stay! Easy check in, and easy check out. 5 star recommendation!

Great location. House was perfect for my needs. House was always hot-it never got below 78 degrees. They do not provide any washcloths so bring your own. The layout of the house was nice.

We only stayed at the property one night, but would definitely stay longer if we could. The house is very large, comfortable, and beautiful. Very nice and spacious single family home in a conveniently located neighborhood. Felt safe and secure. Home was in perfect condition, meticulously clean and well-maintained. No issues whatsoever. Bedrooms are all upstairs, just in case you don't like to climb stairs. Great place to stay.

Great family home

This is a large home with great flow. The home is warm and welcoming and very comfortable. It was a great.choice for us. The location just off the Beltline made it easy to get anywhere. And it was nice to have a big.grocery so close. I was able to cook a large family meal in the kitchen too.

Very nice! Exactly as described!

3 college friends and myself stayed here for a night after a week long sojourn at Bandon Dunes. The place was exactly as described, in pristine shape, and close to all local Eugene amenities. Given the Ducks had a home game that night and most hotels were sold out, there was absolutely an A++ alternative. Thanks again to the host!

House was perfect instead of getting hotel rooms. Back porch was perfect with the fireplace Only thing that could improve in the future would be new LVP flooring bath carpet as no matter what carpet will always get dirty Very accurate listing and if you wanted to cook dinner the kitchen is large with lots of counter space .

Family reunion

House was everything advertised. Three comfortable bedrooms, well appointed kitchen 2.5 baths that had all the things you need: shampoo, soap, blow dryer. Upstairs had a comfortable tv area, with a huge screen. Back patio small but very comfortable.
