Staff is friendly and breakfast is pretty good - more than a standard continental breakfast. However the rooms are dated and in need of being freshened up (marks on walls, AC unit old and questionable, bubbles in carpet, etc.

The room and bed were totally adequate for why we stayed there--to be near the university for the marathon.
