"Chuveiro não funciona direito, depois de um minuto a água fica fria! Não havia toalhas suficientes e quando pedimos nos deram toalhas rasgadas! O lençol da cama também estava rasgado, o tapete do banheiro estava sujo e não havia toalha de rosto. O quarto também estava sem acabamento em algumas partes ..."
