Chuveiro não funciona direito, depois de um minuto a água fica fria! Não havia toalhas suficientes e quando pedimos nos deram toalhas rasgadas! O lençol da cama também estava rasgado, o tapete do banheiro estava sujo e não havia toalha de rosto. O quarto também estava sem acabamento em algumas partes ...

The service is very good. People are ready to help anytime. But the building is falling a part. And the towels... you can get call it rags. Food is great, security is also great. I hope they can bring back up on the high end. Ive been there one year ago and what a difference!
