facility was a hazard for anyone entering, black mold throughout the entire area, windows open/screens broke with outdoor equipment laying all around, exposed wires in the wall and on the door, hot tub not working. Then...

"The staff was very kind! The hotel seems older but the rooms are nice, clean, up to date. We didn’t eat the breakfast but it look we like the average free breakfast (which is fine with us). Definitely would stay again! Cleaning staff was great as well, polite, patient and good at what they do- hope they’re being compensated accordingly"

"Tom ‘s tiny home by the water is excellent. He has it set up perfect for guest from shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower to all the cookware, Internet, TV, etc. etc.. Everything you need when you are away from home is there. Also, Peninsula point where the tiny home is located as a great community With a community

, playground and gated for safety. I definitely recommend Tom ‘s tiny home."
