My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us."

"We originally booked the hotel but ended up in their apartments - one apartment each. The rooms were spacious and actually exceeded our expectations. The beds were a little uncomfortable which was all that could be found wanting. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was okay but basic. The hotel itself is located south of the centre with a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The metro then takes you right into the centre of Milan (a 15 minute trip). Would we re-book if we were...

"We enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean and relaxing. There were plenty of towels and a hairdryer. Very convenient for travelling into Milan by tram, although we walked everywhere (it doesn’t take long to reach the Duomo). A few good cafes nearby and a safe area. Friendly hosts too. Recommended, would stay again. Grazie!"

"Place was dirty when we arrived. Probably it was used for some party, as everything smelled like cigarettes. Location of the apartment is very good, area seems safe. Kit with detergent, sponge and dish soap was very helpful. "
