"At check-in, I was required to pre-sign a form saying I accepted charges for damages to the room-- not possible future damages, but actual extant damages. Apparently, they've had a lot of destructive guests here, and this is their way of protecting themselves. That's unfortunate for them, but their current arrangement (as of 21 May 2026) is an outrage. It's rather nice place otherwise (for the price), but I would not stay here again."

"The treadmills didn’t work and didn’t have an out of order sign on them. I walked around the building for my exercise with a new friend I met he was very nice. Please fix the treadmills and the elevators paint is peeling off and it looks like the floor is rotted by the walls."

"Hotel property beautiful. Location is excellent. Food was delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Decor brings down the hotel from a 5star to 3star. Rooms need to be renovated. Lobby, bar and restaurant need to be updated. Bedroom was awful. The toilet seat was small, more for a toddler than an adult. Furniture is tired, dreary, dull, and needs to be replaced."

"The staff was rude not only to me and my other family staying there, they were rude to other customers with things refusing to give a customer a cold water bottle (that was visibly available) and told them they could only have a warm one. Showerhead in room 152 was very gross and not clean, to the point the water didn't even run through it right. I would never reccomend or return to this property again."
