"The whole holiday was a wonderful experience. I wish it could have been longer, but we are already planning to return. The house was an ideal holiday home for us both and our pet dog who enjoyed the yard and the dog beach not far away. Evans Head itself is a very relaxing destination, with the beach, the bowlo, and areas nearby that we explored. The whole process of check-in/check out were simple and uncomplicated. "'You get what you pay for' - sums up this apartment. It was clean, great location in terms of the beach, clubs and shops, its just tired. It could really do with a make over, but that's why its cheap. But I would stay here again for the price."

"Basic convenient dog friendly accommodation. Needs to replace broken fans with air towers that can be used for cooling in summer and warming in winter."

"Overall the property was agreeable and we enjoyed our stay. The downsides were: limited toilet paper (perhaps a small issue but 3 rolls for a week is stingy - are we expected to provide our own?), there were no replacement rubbish bags for the rubbish and compost receptacles (again are we expected to provide our own?), the A/C is only in the main lounge/dining/kitchen room so the bedrooms with the queen beds were hot. The tower fan provided was completely inadequate it would struggle to blow out a candle. Better cooling options need to be provided. For this reason I would avoid staying here in summer. Also the neighbouring property was a construction site during our stay. We were not informed of this prior to staying - perhaps a reduced rate would have been a gesture of goodwill."
