This family friendly townhouse in Evans Head is the perfect spot for your beachside holiday!

Situated in a central location offering the ultimate convenience within walking distance to Evans Head Main Beach, the Surf Club and is positioned only a short stroll to the local cafés, Bowling Club, RSL and the town centre amenities.

Inside the townhouse are three bedrooms which provide a very comfortable sleeping space for 6 people, ensuring everyone has a peaceful night's rest plus the the addition of a sofa bed in the second living space upstairs for an additional 2 guests!

The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is located on the lower level and is equipped with all modern appliances.
An undercover outdoor dining area adjoins the lower level spaces and will invite you to cook on the gas BBQ outdoors year round while entertaining family and friends.
