"Cute historic home, very nice stay and close to so many restaurants."

"The home was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable. "

"Very nice and clean"

"Great property. Close enough to shops/grocery stores and yet for enough from businesses to be easy and relaxing. Located in a true neighborhood setting. Enjoyed seeing the young families being active around the amenities provided in the development."

"Wonderful property located minutes from Main St. The house was clean, comfortable and very cozy! I would highly recommend this property. We stayed here while visiting our son at CSU and the house was just about 20-25 minutes away. It was a great location, out of the hustle and bustle of Fort Collins but still close enough to get to everything easily."

"House is in great shape. Pictures are acurate. Great location."

"As advertised ... nice place/clear communication/no surprises."

"Home wss warm and cozy!!Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Peaceful and convenient. Great Beds"

"The house was clean, at a great location and had plenty of room for everyone in our group!"

"This place is great to stay for a very short period of time. We were there for softball and the biggest let down was it was advertised with a washer/dryer and it did not have one. I booked it for the location and for that reason instead of booking a hotel. We had to use a laundry mat close by, the laundry basket, which was clean and nearby but inconvenient for us to use between games. The house was clean but the beds are not comfortable. The location was great! It was 3 minutes from Barnes...

"Perfect location for exploring the Rocky Mountain area."

"The house was immaculate when we arrived. It had ample space for our family of 5. Located in a lovely neighborhood walking distance to the lake. Plenty of great restaurants nearby."

"Very accommodating hosts and great communication. Would stay again."
