Great for groups of friends and families, this warm rustic farmhouse blends everyday comforts with modern style. The open floor plan makes it easy to gather, while the finished basement adds an extra bedroom and game space for fun nights in. Outside, relax in the shaded patio and fenced yard, complete with a propane fire table, grill, and lawn games. With bikes, coolers, and plenty of space to spread out, this Windsor retreat is designed for making memories together.

Located in the heart of Windsor, this home puts you just steps from local favorites. Walk to nearby parks, the library, and downtown’s shops, restaurants, and breweries. Spend the day biking trails, relaxing at Lake Windsor, or discovering nearby attractions—Fort Collins and RMNP are just a short drive away!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Spacious, fully fenced backyard with shade trees and multiple patios for lounging or dining. Fire pit, propane BBQ grill, cornhole, and ladder ball. Complimentary cruiser bikes, coolers, and pickleball equipment are provided for your stay!

INDOOR LIVING: Multiple 55” Smart TVs, dining area with seating for 10, board games, ceiling fans, indoor fireplace, card table, multiple living areas

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: Two bathrooms on the main level, one has a bathtub. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: Driveway, alley, and street parking available.
