"The staff are great! The location is across from the UCHealth campus, so for us it is easy to get to my doctor appointments. There are several options for dining just a quick walk from the hotel.. This hotel is our favorite for staying in Fort Collins."

"The room looked clean, but unfortunately cockroaches crawled out of the wall onto the carpeting right in front of us. We were told there were no other rooms available. We were very upset. We went through all our belongings piece by piece and loaded everything up not completing our stay. We were afraid that the bugs would get in our belongings and there was zero sleeping… we went to another hotel extremely nice hotel."

"The room was clean. The heater didn't ever get over 72 degrees. Nice and dark at night. Found it unusual that there wasn't a clock in the room, however it was nice not having to worry about an alarm that I didn't set going off."
