"The entire place needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. The carpets need to be pulled or deep cleaned, the furniture in the rooms do as well. It needs a good scrubbing and an exterminator. Oh, and it was giving “ future meth/drug” vibes. There were definitely questionable characters and yelling/slamming doors from around 2a-430a."

"We arrived at 4pm check in and was told our room was not ready. We had a dinner and concert to get to and was assured room would be ready when we returned. When we returned around 1130pm that evening we were told there was a computer glitch and our room was given to someone else. We were then given a paper and told we had an other room waiting for us at another hotel. This happened to other guests as well. No discount or anything given for our inconvenience. Will not book against!"

"We checked in at 4in the afternoon. When we walked in the door at the end of the hall it smelled like smoke and I thought maybe someone was cooking in their room. But we realized it was a smelly food being cooked in the breakfast area. I believe it was Indian food. I didn’t want to smell that or have that smell in my room. There were not enough towels for the two of us, and they don’t clean daily so you have to go to the front desk for extra towels. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 4 because of the reasons listed."
