Room was clean an staff were very friendly. They had a coulpe of events here. It was busy but the staff were great. Nothing that I wouldnt expect during the holiday season. All in all, a great stay. They are renovating right now, so there is no buffet. Order from menu Only. Which we did not know till we went down from breakfast. We were not told when we checked in.

This stay was an absolute pleasure. The room was spacious and comfortable. The parking was easy and convenient to the hotel. I saw a concert at the Old National Events Plaza located just across the street. The bar was well attended after the event and Kim, who worked behind the bar was engaging while keeping up with her customers. The fire pit was a nice surprise.

Great location, clean & comfortable hotel

Came to Evansville for a comedy show at Victory Theater & this was the perfect stay. Walking distance to Main Street for lots of restaurants and walking distance to the many entertainment venues including Victory theater. Check in was quick & easy, hotel is very clean & updated. Everything in the room worked properly & was clean & comfortable. Parking not bad for $17 in & out, did not do breakfast or any meals at the onsite restaurant but got some snack for the room at their little snack stand. Would definitely stay here again if in Evansville.

We booked its room due to its proximity to the Old National Event Center and, come to find out, there is even a skywalk to the event center. We never had to walk outside. When we arrived at the event center there was an entrance just for us and we didn’t even have to stand in line to get in. The hotel itself was perfect in every way and the staff were very accommodating. There are also many places to eat within walking distance. We will return to this hotel in a heartbeat!

Room was fine clean and the amenities were good. The problem was the check in time and the check out time . Rooms should be ready at the check in time otherwise maybe you all need to change the check out time to earlier like 10 or 11 at the latest Having 10 minutes to get ready to be somewhere at 5 was not a pleasant experience. There were so many people waiting for rooms at check in time. Maybe more housekeeping staff is needed or if you know you have this many people checking in then that many people have to be gone Do appreciate the manager switching my room type. I really did not care what kind of room I had long as it was clean and ready to go at check in. I just had a couple options online to choose from

The staff at check in and check out were wonderful as well as our room. Did not care for the market place. Chose an item that needed water and a microwave. Staff instructed me to go all the way around a hall to get water and come back to use the microwave. Did not realize there was no microwave in the room. Very inconvenient. Didn’t care for the bar staff discussing their personal life drama while having a drink at the bar.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The rooms were spacious & clean. Very comfortable atmosphere & very friendly staff. Only drawback was an hour wait at the table of Stone City Grill for our dinner order to be taken. The hotel was packed for an event & they should have been prepared. A heads up on nearby restaurants is Angelo’s Italian restaurant a short walk which was primo. Blissimo👍

It was great that this is right next to the Ford Center. Parking was easy. Room was very clean & well stocked. The staff at the front desk was amazing! So friendly & helpful. The only thing was there is no refrigerator in the room. We had pizza delivered & had to throw away the leftovers but we will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel and location

Nice hotel in downtown Evansville, very convenient to Ford Center (right across street). Room was very nice and comfortable, breakfast buffet (additional charge) was very good.
