This is a cozy two bedroom, one bath home centrally located in the University South neighborhood near University of Evansville. The living room boasts two full-length couches with a 50” smart TV, board games, and books for entertainment. In the kitchen, you’ll find cabinets stocked with necessities and ample space for preparing meals. Comfy beds and linens make for a good nights sleep. The bathroom has been recently renovated. Great little bungalow

A lovely little bungalow that is near the Swonder Ice Rink and some amazing local restaurants and coffee shops.

Charming and Comfy!

Everything was nice and comfy. We enjoyed our stay. I was able to relax and enjoy watching tv while my husband was working during the day. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Everything was clean. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness instead of 5 is that there was a used bath cloth left in the bathroom and there was hair on the bathroom walls and in the shower. I’m sure this will be addressed though because the owner is very responsive and helpful. I would stay again and would recommend to others.
