We found the staff very freindly spoke english to us. Room was very clean. We stayed two nights room was cleaned both days. We found the staff very helpful.we didnt eat in as we had breakfast /meals out but pizza and breakfast were available at the hotel, plenty of free parking.

The parking is secure and behind a security gate. We arrived late at night but we're still offered a welcome drink. There was a small issue with the hot water in the morning. The staff were very generous and extended checkout and breakfast so we could wait to have a shower. A simple gesture but very much appreciated. The rooms are economy so don't expect much but we were surprised at the quality and also the convenience. And the extra attention by the staff. Definitely a place to return to soon. We were attending Paul Ricard Racing Track which is 25 mins away but the convenience is proximity to the motorway. Ask the staff for driving routes. The area is worth exploring

First of all, Expedia was useless, we had an issue on check-in because I received a late notification of the required deposit and the helpline was automated. On the other hand, the receptionist from the hotel managed to solve my issue, but the APP should be clearer with the information. The hotel is very well located, 24hours reception and you can order food anytime. Only the cleaning could be better, from the day I checked in, the bathroom didn't look clean and always smell coming from the pipes. Plus, banging doors, so a bit noisy. The customer service was priceless, so that made it worth it!
