Lots of banging about from the rooms above us at 4 am. Loud music and shouting from the car park in the early hours. Was ment to be a relaxing break but we've both come back absolutely shattered. The bath was covered in black hairs and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, we ended up having to put a towel in the bath to shower because it was disgusting. There was black mold on the walls in the bathroom. The shower is either scolding hot or cold and will change mid shower which is unpleasant. There was what looked like wet tissue dried onto the ceiling and walls.
