I later contacted the manager and explained the situation, she told me that she would investigate and let me know, at first the manager was very friendly and told me that she would follow up and let me know, but I never heard from her. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is great for walking to places like Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, shopping, and restaurants. Rooms are on the smaller side but clean. We appreciated the on-site coffee and surprisingly lux toiletries, and the rooftop deck is a lovely place to unwind. We had few complaints, other than a not-so-plush mattress and pillows. They are a bit low to the floor but that's fine for me. Excellent soundproofing too. Never hear people in other rooms so you get a good night's sleep. Also like the tree lined streets with lots of birds singing! Many good restaurants nearby.
