There seem to be 2 sides to the property. We were upgraded to a wonderful King bedroom suite! It was great!! Staff was super helpful and the cookies were great

Graduate by Hilton Seattle
I was overcharged by $60 for a 1 night stay when i arrived they ensured the valet price would be removed and was due to the elevators not working. The room was clean but it was also falling apart cracks in walls, seat in bathroom missing pads, rust stains down walls in tub.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Jaccuzzi was broken, and it would be nice to have the breakfast included in the room price.
