"I'm not sure if the ac was working right or not but the hotel is close to the convention center and not horrible. There is a slightly rougher element at and around the hotel on weekends but that doesn't bother me but it may if you have young kids or not used to big cities. All in all I was satisfied with my stay. Free breakfast and friendly staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. "

"Hotel was in a great location for a family getaway. Staff was great. The hotel had some minor issues but was very happy to be there. No continental breakfast or on site parking, but plenty of options for those nearby."

"Decided to take a trip to Baltimore with my kids. Being only a 20 minute walk to the harbor area I was hoping we were in a good spot, but city changes from intersection to intersection. The neighborhood was loud late into the night, with a lot of graffiti and homeless mulling around. The hotel was dirty, broken fixtures, smelled like weed, and the breakfast was disgusting and I threw it out. If I was by myself for a couple of nights, I might deal with it, but my kids were not happy, so we checked out after one night and found a different hotel that made us much more happy and made the weekend more enjoyable. I will not be staying at the LaQuinta again."
