"Myself, wife, youngest daughter and small dog stayed for one night and were thoroughly disappointed by the experience. We'd originally booked for two 2 nights but were subsequently informed that the second night was already booked so we're given a partial refund. Upon arrival and after many unsuccessful attempts to enter the key code, I finally had to contact the host only to find the number he'd provided was wrong. An oversight, granted. Once we did gain entry I tried to close the living room...

"A comfy well-equipped holiday home. The owners were very helpful. We were treated to a very substantial welcoming pack on arrival. Parking was easy directly outside the house on a quiet road. Easy access to war areas of the Coxwolds. The perfect home from home."

"Great stay in a lovely hotel. The owner was charming, friendly and fun and gave an excellent display of first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We left too early for breakfast so they made up packed breakfasts for us too. Some of the alcoholic drinks in the mini bar are free too! Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, tidy, modern and well kept. Parking right outside too."
